With Mw² software,
Meanwhile revolutionizes the intelligence of your
autonomous transport solutions
Developed by Meanwhile, the Mw² software is the heart of the ecosystem, linking the various robots to the customer’s infrastructure.
Mw² is packed with features that enable our robots to evolve intelligently, while integrating advanced tools to further optimize their performance.

Mw² essentials
Advanced features
Mw² generates and prioritizes robot missions triggered by mission generation buttons or presence sensors located on pick-and-place stations.
Mw² controls door opening via an “OmniBox” electrical box designed by Meanwhile.
Mw² connects to the fire panel either via a dry contact (via OmniBox) or via a dedicated PLC.
When a fire alarm is triggered, each AMR outside the evacuation zones will stop moving to avoid any risk of carrying fire.
Mw² is able to assign authorization levels by user account to filter access levels.
Mw² makes the status of robots understandable to man, by means of various signalling devices. In particular, the application makes it possible to retrieve the status of all equipment, including mobile robots (via the fleet manager), and to display it on a supervision screen or any other signalling device (e.g.: luminous and audible display case).
Mw² provides a wealth of data to enable you to analyze past events and continue to improve the performance of your solutions.
This Mw² functionality develops gateways enabling communication with pre-existing information systems (ERP, WMS, WCS, etc.).
This makes it possible to generate transport orders automatically, to monitor the evolution of products in the production environment in real time, and to feed all transport data back into the Information System.
This Mw² feature controls door opening via an “OmniBox” electrical box designed by Meanwhile. It can also communicate directly with the elevator manufacturer’s system.
Mw² takes control of the elevator by requesting the elevator reservation and moving the elevator car to the desired floor.
This feature is available on all major elevator brands, a list of which will be provided to you by your Meanwhile contact.
- Time-stamped tours
Carrying out routes or specific assignments at set times
- Behavior change
Adaptation of certain parameters to specific times and/or days of the week (priority zones, interaction with the public and the environment, etc.).
- Change of cartography
Change of navigation zone at precise time
- Buffer management
- Automatic mission cancellation
- Automatic redirection
- Email programming
This Mw² feature enables emails to be sent to the customer’s server concerning the robot’s status. These emails are formatted so that they can be analyzed and converted by the customer’s system into the desired format (e.g. text message on DECT).
- Alarm feedback
- Mission by Webservice
Management of navigation zones according to independent external triggers.
OmniReport is a data analysis platform that gives you statistics on your fleet. OmniReport can be configured according to the needs of the application, and enables you to analyze a wide range of indicators, such as mission duration and number, alarm typology, and wifi network level throughout the route (non-exhaustive list).
