Meanwhile & Fonds FHF competition:
A robot for my healthcare facility

The FHF Fund and the French company Meanwhile have teamed up for a first-of-its-kind competition. Their project: to provide the winning public health establishment with a state-of-the-art robot, XuP-Med, enabling healthcare professionals to refocus on their primary mission: patient care.

Lyon, September 20, 2023 – The competition aims to support healthcare establishments in need of relieving the burden on nursing teams by giving them back time dedicated to the patient. The winner receives an autonomous mobile robot, XuP-Med, with a gross value ofaround €100,000.

This autonomous mobile robot ensures the safe transport of medical products and devices: drugs, chemotherapies, blood bags, analysis samples, endoscopes, diagnostics, and more. It moves in complex environments over several floors, among care teams, patients and visitors.

To win this prize, worth around €100,000, candidates have two months in which to fill in an application form and confirm their participation.

From September 20, 2023, participants will be able to submit their applications on www.meanwhile-france.com/concours. The closing date for entries is November 30, and the winner will be announced in April 2024.
