AMRs (Autonomous Mobile Robots) feature intelligent navigation based on reactive trajectory-following and obstacle-avoidance algorithms. They map their environment once, then autonomously calculate a trajectory to any mapped location.
They move freely along this trajectory, but constantly evolve it to optimize their route and bypass any obstacles, including dynamic ones. Even in frequently changing environments (with carts, pallets, etc.), they know how to find their bearings and adapt their behavior to ensure the safety of goods and people.
