Meanwhile today joins TechShare 2022, Euronext’s pan-European pre-IPO training program. For the 7th year, Euronext is renewing its annual support program for growing European companies in the Tech sectors (digital, cleantech and health) that are considering an IPO.
This year, 134 companies will take part in the program, including 40 in France, as well as in 9 other European countries.
Following a selection process and a presentation to the final jury, made up of representatives of TechShare’s Selection partners in France, Meanwhile was selected this year to participate in the program.
Through a course structured around an academic campus, workshops and individual sessions, participants will be trained in particular in the stages and challenges of an IPO, in the construction of an « equity story » and the valuation of a company, understanding investors’ expectations, good practices in financial communication, corporate governance and post-listing obligations. The keystone of the program is to promote networking and the sharing of experiences between participating entrepreneurs, financial market experts and managers of listed companies.
A specialist in autonomous mobile robotics, the company offers turnkey solutions dedicated to the transport of goods through infrastructures such as healthcare establishments, manufacturing industries or establishments open to the public.
Created around a common vision – the consideration of men and women – Meanwhile offers « For Human » solutions, so that they can focus on tasks with high added value.
The company aims to become a major player in the field of autonomous mobile robotics and therefore wishes to strengthen its presence in the market. Thus, as a participant in the TechShare program, Meanwhile will benefit from support from market experts and already listed peers to understand the motivations and mechanisms of an IPO.
